Tips & advices
Practical heat-management guidance for GCC fleets and workshops — because the product only performs if the practice around it does.
Check pressure cold, before dawn
Gulf afternoon readings can run 10–15% high purely from heat expansion. Set pressures in the early morning against the load table — never bleed a hot tyre down to spec.
Underinflation is a heat engine
A soft tyre flexes more, and flex is heat. Most "heat failures" begin life as pressure failures — the single cheapest reliability upgrade any fleet can make is disciplined inflation.
Match the tube to the casing
An oversized or undersized tube folds and chafes, generating friction heat inside the assembly. Fit the exact designated size, and replace the flap when you replace the tube.
Mind the midday window
Surface temperatures peak well above air temperature between noon and four. Where schedules allow, load heaviest runs to early and late hours — rubber and drivers both last longer.
Store rubber cool and dark
Tubes age in the warehouse too. Keep stock away from direct sun, ozone sources and heat — first in, first out, and inspect anything stored over long summers.
Log failures like data
Position, axle, pressure history, failure mode. A fleet that records its failures can prove its savings — and gets a far stronger warranty conversation with any supplier, including us.
