Every performance claim Relevate makes is staged against available evidence. Today, that means "engineered for 60°C+" — a statement about our design discipline. Only when independent laboratory testing and GCC certification are complete does the language graduate to "validated" and "proven".
This is enforced across every channel: website, packaging, distributor material and investor documents. One vocabulary, one standard of proof.
IP & mould control
Sole Relevate ownership of every mould and embedded design, NNN agreements before any tooling spend, and compound formulations compartmentalised so no single partner holds the full picture.
Quality accountability
Locked specifications with every manufacturing partner — cure system, compound grade, process controls — verified by batch-level QC and third-party inspection, never left to a factory default.
Warranty honesty
A heat-failure warranty is a promise with a cost. We fund the reserve from day one, insure the liability, and treat claims handling as the core of the distributor relationship — not an inconvenience.
