Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can work at the intersection of business, product, design, and engineering.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable understanding business requirements, converting them into clear product specifications, coordinating with developers and designers, managing product timelines, and ensuring features are delivered successfully.
This role is suitable for candidates with 0–3 years of experience who have a strong interest in technology, product development, SaaS platforms, web applications, mobile applications, CRM systems, or internal business tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and convert them into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
- Work closely with developers, designers, marketing, sales, operations, and management teams.
- Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, feature specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in defining the product roadmap, feature priorities, milestones, and release plans.
- Break larger product requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Coordinate with engineering teams during product development and resolve requirement-related questions.
- Manage product development using tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Linear, or similar platforms.
- Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, backlog grooming, and development discussions.
- Track development progress and ensure features are completed within agreed timelines.
- Conduct product testing and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before releases.
- Identify bugs, usability issues, workflow gaps, and product improvement opportunities.
- Work with UI/UX designers to improve product usability and customer experience.
- Understand APIs, databases, integrations, authentication systems, and general web/mobile application architecture at a functional level.
- Coordinate third-party integrations such as CRM systems, payment gateways, analytics platforms, communication tools, and external APIs.
- Monitor product performance after launch and collect feedback from users and internal teams.
- Analyze user behaviour, business requirements, and product data to recommend improvements.
- Maintain proper product documentation and release notes.
- Support developers during deployment, testing, and production releases.
- Research competitors, industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential product opportunities.
- Ensure that product development remains aligned with the company's business objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of product management fundamentals.

- Previous internship or project experience in product management, software development, business analysis, or technology consulting.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer – Tyres who can contribute to the design, development, testing, and improvement of tyre products across different vehicle categories.
The candidate will work closely with product development, engineering, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and marketing teams to develop tyre designs that balance performance, durability, safety, aesthetics, and manufacturability.
This role is suitable for candidates with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, Rubber Technology, or related fields who are interested in tyre technology and automotive product development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of new tyre products for different vehicle applications.
- Develop and refine tyre tread patterns, sidewall designs, profiles, dimensions, and overall tyre aesthetics.
- Create 2D technical drawings and 3D models for tyre concepts and components.
- Work on tread pattern development based on requirements such as:
- Wet and dry grip
- Braking performance
- Noise reduction
- Heat dissipation
- Rolling resistance
- Mileage
- Load capacity
- Off-road or highway performance
- Understand different tyre constructions, including:
- Tread
- Belt package
- Carcass
- Bead
- Sidewall
- Inner liner
- Reinforcement components
- Assist engineers in selecting appropriate dimensions, materials, compounds, and construction specifications.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure tyre designs are practical and production-ready.
- Support development of tyre mould designs and tread pattern specifications.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, design documentation, specifications, and product development records.
- Participate in prototype development and sample tyre evaluation.
- Coordinate tyre testing for parameters such as durability, endurance, traction, braking, rolling resistance, heat generation, and wear.
- Analyze testing results and suggest improvements to tyre design.
- Benchmark competitor tyres and study their tread patterns, construction, specifications, and performance.
- Conduct research on emerging tyre technologies, materials, tread designs, and automotive trends.
- Work with the product team to develop tyres based on specific customer, vehicle, terrain, and market requirements.
